Hello, My name is Ziyi Peng and I teach the second grade Mandarin Immersion class at the Globe Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. Chinese is my native language as I was born and raised in China until I moved to the United States with my family in 2002. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2013 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. After graduating, I became a substitute teacher at various schools in Charlotte and then taught first grade Chinese Immersion at E. E. Waddel Language Academy. I am very passionate about teaching and learning new ways to help support my students' various learning needs.
